We will process your data in compliance with GDPR. The purpose of the privacy policy is to inform you as a user o  about what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use the information, whether the information is disclosed and the ways in which we protect users' privacy.

Use of Information

We analyse information to see what is most effective about our website in order to help us identify way to improve and make it more effective. We may also use information for other purposes, which we would describe to you at the point when we collect the information.

We collect information about visitors to the NHS Healthier Together website both directly and indirectly.

Additionally, we use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine online activity and website issues. SMS Share Function

The SMS Share Function on the Healthier Together website is provided by Text Local. NHS Healthier Together is provided with a client account that provides the telephone number, delivery status and content of the messages sent in the form of delivery reports. These delivery reports are kept in the account for 12 months before being automatically removed. Please note we do not collect any personal information from the use of this function. The SMS Share Function should only be used by healthcare professionals to electronically provide parents and young people with information after a face-to-face or telephone consultation. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for anyone who uses this function for anything other than its intended use.
