Kooth support's your mental health and wellbeing. No problem is too big or too small for the team at Kooth. Whether looking for advice or simply not feeling your best Kooth offers a range of features and tools to support you
The service is free, safe and anonymous online support, you can self-refer and there are no waiting lists
- Text based chat with our professional team of counsellors and wellbeing practitioners. Available 365 days a year, midday to 10pm Monday to Friday and 6pm to 10pm at weekends. If you prefer, you can message the team instead
- Kooth Magazine - A place where you can read and contribute helpful articles, personal experiences and receive tips from others
- Moderated Discussion Boards (including Live Forums) - you can start or join a conversation with our friendly Kooth community, in a safe way, about whatever is on your mind
- Personal tools - Journals, goal setting tools and mini activities to help you feel good and track your progress
- Kooth services are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
