A healthy relationship checklist
In your relationship do you feel:

Supported, safe and happy?

Trusted? Or does your partner constantly want to check up on you or ask where you've been?

Loved and respected? Do you respect each other's boundaries, or are you always having to do what the other person wants?

That you can have fun? All relationships have their ups and downs – are you ever scared that your partner gets angry or frightens you?

If you talk about things that worry you, does your partner listen? Are you both able to have a point of view – not one person making all the decisions?
If you're not happy in a relationship - with a partner, friend or a family member – it's best to talk to someone. It's OK to ask for help if things don't feel right.
