Healthy Eating

Having eating distress or an eating disorder, or supporting someone who has, is quite often a distressing and confusing experience.
EDNE offers a range of services for people across North-East England. We are here to help and listen to you, and try to work with people as early as possible into the illness to help stop the eating disorder from becoming more severe.

Getting in touch is the first step – we know it is often also the hardest - we’re here to listen, without judgement, and provide the support you need.

EDNE offers a range of support and help: Counselling Services, a monthly Families & Friends Support Group, Mindfulness courses, Health and Wellbeing workshops throughout the year, Maudsley training courses for families and friends, and we deliver training and education sessions and courses in schools, colleges, workplaces to professionals and the wider community.
